I checked the video she shared and noticed she handled her client with care, sonI wanted to give her a try. I went in a little hesitant/ nervous because this would be the first time i cut my hair this short... but as soon as I walked in , Felice greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel welcome. She looked at my hair and reassured me it would be a great cut .. then started working on my hair .. handled it with great care. She was very gentle and patient..
