I came here for the first time for a short cut. What I got was priceless. I loved my hair, even though I nervous about getting it cut so short at first. My kids loved it. Other people loved it and it's so easy to experiment at home with other short styles now.

The absolute best part was the environment. Felice creates an environment that gives women the opportunity to talk, compliment each other, and share experiences and life in a safe place. I had my hair done in other places before but I always left not exactly happy. I looked up places near me since we are new to the area and noticed Ambience has the most ppsitive reviews. I checked the video she shared and noticed she handled her client with care, sonI wanted to give her a try. I went in a little hesitant/ nervous because this would be the first time i cut my hair this short... but as soon as I walked in , Felice greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel welcome. She looked at my hair and reassured me it would be a great cut .. then started working on my hair .. handled it with great care. She was very gentle and patient.. Time flew by so fast with all the conversations we had that it felt like I was in for only half an hour. She is very knowledgable and easy to talk to , open minded and caring.
